Speaker Bios
Amy Gorin, MS, RDN, is a nationally recognized registered dietitian nutritionist in the New York City area. She has bylined 1,000-plus articles and completed more than 850 interviews for top-tier outlets, including Parade, Food Network, Reader's Digest, NBCNews.com, EverydayHealth.com, and more. Additionally, Amy is a former nutrition and health editor for Prevention, Health, Parents, American Baby, Weight Watchers Magazine, and WeightWatchers.com. She loves to share her media knowledge and co-runs an e-course and media-training service, Master the Media, to help other health professionals get their names in the news. Amy loves to cook and publishes healthy vegetarian recipes on her blog, Amy's Eat List. She has also contributed recipes to several books, including The Runner's World Vegetarian Cookbook (Rodale Books), Runner's World Meals on the Run (Rodale Books), The Runner's World Cookbook (Rodale Books), and The MIND Diet (Ulysses Press). Amy works as a spokesperson, consultant, and recipe developer for brands and commodity boards she loves. Erin Palinski-Wade, RD, CDE, CPT As the media’s go-to expert on all things nutrition and diabetes, Erin is one of the most quoted dietitians in the country being quoted over 200 times in national publications in 2018. A sought-after speaker, spokesperson, and writer, Erin has authored four books including the bestselling ‘2 Day Diabetes Diet’ and ‘Belly Fat Diet For Dummies.’ In 2017, she released the ‘Love Your Age’ guide with the editors of Prevention Magazine and the ‘Run for Abs’ guide with the editors of Runner’s World Magazine. Her broadcast appearances include segments on The Dr. Oz Show, The Doctors and MSNBC and she writes regularly for publications including Diabetes Forecast Magazine and EverydayHealth.com. She runs a private nutrition practice, Vernon Nutrition Center, with two office locations in NJ where she is passionate about showing her clients and audience how to make time for health, even when they have no time for themselves.
